Mode of delivery:
The products are delivered to your address on the order form (or other address that you want to specify when ordering) by post (or carrier for orders over 12kg). When we do a shipment, you receive an email informing you.
-By colissimo: The package is delivered by your signature factor against the signature on the receipt guarantees us another good delivery of the package. In case of absence, you are advised (e) by a word, the package is at your post office for 15 days.
By-carrier: The package is delivered to your home on the ground floor. For objects you need to help the driver. In case of absence during a first passage of the delivery, you receive a calling card for making an appointment for a second passage
Delivery times
The package is shipped upon receipt of your payment. Delivery is then 2 to 5 days in France (for items in stock).
Shipping
Shipping costs appear in the summary of your order and are calculated based on the total weight of your order, including protective packaging. We take care of part of the cost of delivery.
Problems of delivery because the carrier
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken product ...) must be strictly indicated on the delivery form of "handwritten reserves", with your signature client. It may be, as in any expedition, there may be a delay of delivery or that the product goes astray.
